BOOKING CONDITIONS

Below you will find information on our booking conditions and hostel rules. You will also find information on how your personal data is handled when booking.

Check in

Check-in from 15:00. It is possible to agree on an alternative time with the host.
Contact us before arrival to get information about picking up the key. The front door has a code lock and the code is obtained upon payment.

Check-out

Check-out is no later than 12:00. It is possible to agree an alternative time with the host.

Cancellation

If you cancel or change the reservation at least 48 hours before arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of later cancellation, modification or no-show, 100% of the cost will be charged.

Cancellations can be made either by phone or email. Your cancellation is only valid when you receive a written confirmation from us.

Payment

Payment is always made in advance or on arrival.

GENERAL RULES

CentRum Turistlogi wants everyone to enjoy themselves. We apply common sense and a few simple rules, follow them!

Well-being

For everyone's comfort, it should be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00. Only registered hostel guests may stay in the hostel. The hostel has the right to expel guests who disturb the peace and order.

Cleaning

The room must be left in the same condition as on arrival. The cleaning cupboard is opposite the toilets.

Sheet & towel

Sleeping in only sleeping bags or without bedding is not allowed. In the event that you do not use bedding, we reserve the right to charge you a clean-up fee.

Any bedding taken must be presented to the host.

Meals

Unfortunately, we have no breakfast service but there is a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee and kettle where you can prepare your own breakfast. Both shops and cafes are nearby.
Please note! We do not have a stove / hotplate in the hostel section. Stoves are only available in our apartments.

Liability & damages

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests in the hostel. Guests are also responsible for their personal belongings. Guests who cause false alarms will be charged 6000 SEK. CentRum Turistlogi is not responsible for valuables or other possessions. Unreturned key or similar will be charged for the cost of producing a new key and possible replacement of the lock.

Smoking

The hostel is completely non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. In case of violation of the smoking ban, the hostel has the right to charge costs for false alarms 6000: - and for any cleanup.
